When will my order ship?

We’re so excited for you to get your order!  We will ship your order in 3-5 business days.  Waiting is the hardest part.

What is your return/exchange policy?

A
We want you to looove your can holder. If you’re not totally thrilled (like, 100% thrilled), you can return or exchange any full priced item in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.

To return an item, please email help@iholddrinks.com.  Once we receive your item, we will promptly refund your original payment method.

To exchange an item, please return the item you don’t want to keep, and then place a new order separately for the item you really want.

Ugh, that’s kind of the worst.  If you'd like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to help@iholddrinks.com, and we’ll go from there. Don’t worry, we won’t tell the person who gave it to you.

What size are these things?

A
These can holders fit a US standard 12-ounce can.  Your La Croix will fit.  (Unless it's one of those skinny cans, sorry.)  A fat 12-ounce beer bottle will fit snugly.  It will be a little loose on a standard 12-ouncer, but still totally doable.

Oh, you want dimensions?  3-3/4" W x 5-1/8" H (assuming it is laid out flat).

Are these really premium?

These are the best can holders you can buy.  They’re made of top-quality neoprene, and feel wonderful in your hand as they snuggle your drink.  Mmm, yeah.

How do I care for my neoprene can holder?

A
Lots of hugs.  Or, just toss in the washer with a few towels or whatnot, then air-dry flat.  You can also spot-clean with mild soap (dish soap works) and cool water, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry flat.  Non-chlorine stain remover (such as Oxi-Clean) can be used on stubborn stains.

DO NOT dry-clean.  DO NOT tumble-dry or iron.  It will melt and ruin your dryer or iron, and you’ll be out one can holder, and everyone will be SO SAD.

While we do encourage pool-side use (NO GLASS BY THE POOL), please know that chlorinated water will cause color fading.  Please rinse with fresh water immediately after in-pool use.  Salt water may leave a mark, but a warm water soak should fix it right up.
